Machine Purpose:
PP1009S CNC Truck Beam Hydraulic High speed Punching Machine
The CNC punching machine for automobile trabeculae is mainly used for punching small and medium sized plates in the automobile industry. The workpiece can be punched after one-time clamping to ensure the position accuracy of the hole. It has high work efficiency and degree of automation, and is especially suitable for multi variety processing. This machine can process 800mm × 3500mm work piece in one clamping, and the maximum size of work pieces can reach 800mm × 700mm by positioning and transferring with auxiliary clamp.
Machine Features:
- i. The bed of heavy load machine tool adopts high quality steel plate welding structure. After welding, the surface is painted, so as to improve the surface quality and anti rust ability of steel plate. The welding parts of the lathe bed are heat aged to eliminate the welding stress to the maximum extent. Thus, the reliability and durability of the machine tool are improved.
- ii. The machine has two NC axes: x-axis is the left and right movement of clamp, Y-axis is the front and rear movement of clamp, and the high rigidity CNC workbench ensures the reliability and accuracy of feeding.
- iii. X and Y axis drive shaft adopts precision ball screw to ensure transmission accuracy.
- iv. X and Y axes adopt precision linear guide rail, with large load, high precision, long service life of guide rail, and can keep high precision of machine tool for a long time.
- v. The X-axis and Y-axis drive motors are driven by German AC servo motors. X,Y-axis realizes semi-closed loop position feedback.
- vi. The machine tool is lubricated by the combination of centralized lubrication and decentralized lubrication, so that the machine tool is in good working condition every time.
- vii. The NC Worktable of moving workpiece is directly fixed on the foundation, and the worktable is equipped with a universal conveying ball, which has the advantages of small resistance, low noise and easy maintenance.
- viii. The punching die position of the machine adopts double row linear arrangement, and the maximum punching diameter is 50mm. The piston of the hydraulic cylinder drives the slide block guided by two linear rolling guides to move up and down, which ensures the accurate alignment of the die and the punch, and has long service life. The selection of punching die position adopts the way of cylinder pushing and pulling cushion block, which has the advantages of fast die changing, high reliability and convenient maintenance.
- ix. The workpiece is clamped by three powerful hydraulic clamps, which can move and locate quickly. The clamp can float up and down with the fluctuation of the workpiece. The distance between the clamps can be adjusted according to the length of the clamping edge of the workpiece.
- x. The pump, valve and other parts of the hydraulic system are all famous brand products, which make the hydraulic power system compact, firm and durable, stable stamping and sufficient power, ensure the dynamic performance of the machine tool and improve the reliability of the machine tool.
- xi. It has the advantages of short processing time, quick positioning, simple operation, less floor space and high production efficiency.
- xii. The interface of the computer is in English, which is easy for operators to master.

Hole position accuracy of the machined plate:
When the hole spacing of X and Y axis is less than or equal to 400mm: ± 0.15mm
When the hole spacing of X and Y axis is greater than 400mm and less than 2000mm: ± 0.30mm
When the hole spacing of X and Y axis is more than 2000mm and less than 3500mm: ± 0.50mm
When the hole spacing of X and Y axis is more than 3500mm and less than 7000mm: ± 1mm (secondary positioning)
