HD1813/3 machine is mainly use to drilling hole of tube or boiler drum ;
Machine Purpose:
This Machine is mainly used to drill tube holes on header tube which used for boiler industry. It also could use special tools to make welding groove, greatly increase the hole's precision and drilling efficiency.
Machine Features:
i.No.1 bed of this machine tool is mainly used to carry workpieces. One end of the bed is equipped with a fixed bed head, and two rectangular guide rails are laid on the plane of the bed. The bed tail can slide on it. Both the bed head and the bed tail are equipped with hydraulic three jaw chuck, which can realize the automatic centering and clamping of the drum. The clamping diameter range is Φ 780 - Φ 1700mm. The bed tail can move longitudinally to adapt to the 2-15m long drum.
ii. The No.2 bed of this machine tool is mainly used to carry the longitudinal movement of drilling power head. The machine tool has three independent drilling power heads, which respectively rely on the longitudinal slide and the hydraulic slide to move longitudinally on the No. 2 bed.When the movement stops, it can be hydraulically locked.
iii.Automatic forward and backward power conversion can be realized by hydraulic sliding head. By adjusting the position of the non-contact switch block, the drill bit can stop automatically when it exits a certain distance after the end of drilling, and it does not need to completely retreat to the limit position, which saves working hours and improves efficiency.
iv.The head of the bed is fixed at one end of the bed I. The NC indexing is realized by AC servo motor through reducer and gear deceleration. After graduation, the locking mechanism automatically locks the brake disc installed on the main shaft by hydraulic pressure, ensuring the stability and reliability of the main shaft.
v. The front and rear supports of the machine tool can realize self-adaptive hydraulic jacking at the front and rear of the drum after the drum is clamped by the chuck, which improves the drilling rigidity of the drum.
vi.This machine tool is equipped with laser cross alignment device, which can be installed in the main shaft taper hole of the first drilling power head. It is convenient to align the longitudinal and transverse weld position of the drum outer circular surface and determine the drilling position.
vii. The CAD drawing of the workpiece can be input directly. The system automatically generates the machining program. The three spindles automatically assign the machining tasks of all holes.
viii.The machine adopts Siemens numerical control system and has four numerical control axes: the rotation of the workpiece and the longitudinal movement of three power heads. The fault diagnosis function is an important factor to ensure that the production can be restored as soon as possible when the machine tool has problems. SINUMERIK 808d can detect and diagnose faults without the help of computer x.The equipment has over-current, over-voltage, over speed and over torque protection function of servo system; the whole machine has reliable grounding system and complete line protection function; the bed is equipped with emergency stop button.
xi. The working mode is divided into manual operation and automatic operation.
