This machine is mainly used for cutting Steel Sheet, electro-hydraulic operation variable angle, 4-sided cutting edge, the machine is easy to maintain and operate.
Product Feature:
- The frame consists of heavy duty, solid welded steel structure giving maximum rigidity and performance;
1) Specially designed and use hydraulics for return stroke. To accommodate with this design, double vane pump and hydraulic valves and manifold block original from Italy are equipped on the machine as standard accessories, which will make the machine easy to operate and service in future;
2) Standard controls comprise of electro-hydraulic operated variable take angle, motorized front operated backgauge and inching mode for up-stroke and down stroking;
3) 4-sided cutting edge shear blades, high chrome high carbon D2 quality
4) independent clamping of plate holders, squaring arm with disappearing stops.
- HD LCD screen, with Chinese and English two languages to choose, one page display programming parameters, programming more convenient;
- Backgauge: intelligent positioning, also can be manually adjusted according to the need, remove the mechanical hand positioning device;
- Cutting stroke: built-in shearing time relay, simple operation, cost saving;
- Blade gap: encoder feedback, timely display the size of blade gap, simple and convenient operation;
- With one-click parameter backup and recovery functions, parameters can be restored at any time as required, reducing maintenance costs;
