 ACH140 hydraulic angle notching machine is mainly used to cut the corners of angle profile, with simple and convenient operation, fast cutting speed and high processing efficiency.

 Equipment advantages:
This product is composed of a main machine, cutting moulds, and a hydraulic station, and is equipped with an electrical system to fulfill angle cutting.
(1) Main machine
The main machine is welded by steel plates in a C shape. The upper part is the oil cylinder, and the lower part is the working table, which provides support for the mould and meets the strength and rigidity requirements of the machine.

(2) Mould
The mould part is guided by sliding rails, this structure bears large partial loads and has high guiding accuracy. The mold is divided into indenter, coupling shaft, upper tool holder, lower tool holder, upper blade, lower blade, and worm gear drive system. The indenter is installed on the piston rod, and the coupling shaft is installed on the upper tool post. The coupling shaft can rotate in the indenter, and the entire upper and lower tool post can be rotated 360 degrees through the worm gear and worm. This structure uses sliding guide rails to guide the upper and lower frames, and the gap between the upper and lower blade is adjusted to cut the angle steel of different thicknesses. The lower tool rest is made of cast steel, which bears a large load and greatly improves the stability of the machine tool. In order to prevent the angle material from rotating, the mould is driven by a worm gear, and the cutting angle can be adjusted arbitrarily by turning the hand wheel slightly.

(3) Hydraulic station
The hydraulic system is composed of oil tank, motor, high and low pressure pump, control valve, oil filter shearing cylinder, etc. It is the power source of shearing cylinder. The electromagnetic reversing valve, overflow valve, unloading valve, etc. are imported parts with reliable performance and long service life.
