  TD0608 gantry header high-speed CNC drilling machine is mainly used for pipe hole processing on header pipe in boiler industry. It adopts high-speed alloy drilling. It can not only use standard tools, but also use special combined tools (machine clamp type special composite cutter, combined structure of cutter body and blade) it completes the processing of through hole and basin hole at one time, replacing the traditional manual marking and secondary processing of basin hole, which not only greatly improves the position accuracy and processing efficiency of hole, realizes drilling automation, but also significantly improves the smoothness of hole.


Machine Purpose:

  The machine tool is composed of base, gantry, drilling head, CNC dividing head, auxiliary pressing device, support device, tool magazine, chip removal and cooling system, automatic lubrication, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and electrical system.
The machine tool adopts the layout of gantry vertical drilling, which can move horizontally (x-axis) on the base guide rail, and the drilling head is installed on the beam guide rail through the sliding plate. During workpiece processing, in order to ensure the rigidity during drilling, the gantry, power head and workpiece are in the clamping state.

Machine Features
Welded steel structure is adopted for the base foundation, which has good rigidity and stability after thermal aging stress relief treatment. The bottom surface of the base is densely covered with adjustable foundation screws, which can be easily adjusted to ensure the flatness and straightness of the guide rail surface on the base. So as to finally ensure the straightness and parallelism of the guide rail and the flatness of the upper plane of the sliding block after the guide rail is installed.
The gantry is of welded structure and adopts integral thermal aging stress relief treatment, which has good rigidity and stability. The gantry movement (x-axis) is guided by four linear rolling guide rails (two guide rails on each side). In the middle of the two guide rails on each side, the servo motor drives the large module helical gear rack drive through the high-precision gear reducer to realize bilateral synchronous drive. The gear rack adopts clearance elimination mechanism to ensure accurate positioning. The double side synchronous drive ensures the parallel movement of the gantry and the perpendicularity of the y-axis to the x-axis at any position.
The drilling head is of ram type structure and adopts high-quality castings. The axial (Z-axis) movement adopts the linear guide rail pair arranged on both sides of the ram. The guide rail has good precision, high vibration resistance and low friction coefficient. The AC servo motor drives the ball screw pair through the awesome planetary reducer to achieve fast forward / advance / stop (delay) / fast return action, and has high axial feed force to meet the requirements of large aperture machining. The ram adopts hydraulic balance cylinder to balance the weight.
The numerical control dividing head is installed at one end of the machine base and can move back and forth to facilitate the loading and unloading of the header pipe.
The numerical control system adopts Siemens SINUMERIK 828d numerical control system. SINUMERIK 828d is a panel based numerical control system specially for the control of milling machine, lathe and drilling machine. The system integrates CNC, PLC, operation interface and measurement control loop. It has compact structure and powerful function. It is equipped with many advanced NC functions, such as coordinate conversion function and powerful tool management function.
The machine tool is equipped with a hydraulic station, which is installed on the gantry. Its main function is to provide power for the actions of locking cylinder, Y-axis locking slider, pressing cylinder and knife cylinder. The hydraulic system adopts variable vane pump to provide pressure oil, so as to meet the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection.
