PM10A FINCM CNC Tube Sheet Flange High-Speed Drilling Machine
This machine tool is a rotary table CNC high-speed drilling machine, which is mainly used for the processing of flange parts. It is especially suitable for drilling on the flange end face of long shafts and for rigid tapping of holes; it can realize automation, high precision and multiple Variety, small and medium batch production.
This equipment is mainly composed of base, column, headstock, rotary table, fixture, chip removal system, cooling system, pneumatic system, centralized lubrication system, hydraulic system, electrical system and other parts.
Equipment advantages:
1. The spindle structure is a rigid and precise spindle type. It adopts an internally cooled spindle made in Taiwan. It is driven by a high-power spindle servo motor through a two-speed gearbox, which can achieve high-speed drilling with carbide drills and a wide range of speed adjustments.
2. The worktable is made of high-quality cast iron. The T-slot of the worktable is used to clamp the workpiece, and the center has a precision hole, which is coaxial with the center line of rotation. It can be used for the rotation angle and positioning of the workpiece.
3. This machine tool provides two cooling methods: internal cooling and external cooling, which provide sufficient lubrication and cooling for the tool and workpiece during chip cutting.
4. This machine tool is equipped with an automatic lubrication system, which automatically fully lubricates the guide rails, lead screws, bearings and other parts of the machine tool that need to be lubricated.
5. This machine tool is equipped with Siemens 828D numerical control system, CNC, PLC, operation panel and 6-axis drive control (standard configuration) are all integrated in one unit. This structure can save the hardware interface between the CNC circuit board and the operation panel, thereby greatly improving the durability of the system and making the operation more conveniet.
