Product Feature:

1. The machine tool mainly consists of bed, gantry, drilling power head, hydraulic system, control system, centralized lubrication system, cooling and chip removal system, etc.
2. The machine adopts the form of bed fixing and gantry moving, which reduces the length of bed and saves the floor area. The gantry, bed and spindle box are all welded, and the internal stress is completely eliminated after heat aging treatment, which can ensure the overall rigidity and accuracy of the machine tool. The workpiece is clamped by hydraulic clamp, and the operator is controlled by foot switch, which is convenient and labor-saving; Up to maximum workpiece 3000  × 1600mm, small workpiece can be clamped in the four corners of the workbench, which can significantly shorten the production preparation period and improve the production efficiency.
3. The spindle adopts precision spindle with high rotation precision and good rigidity. Equipped with BT50 taper hole, it is convenient for tool change, which can be used to clamp twist drill and cemented carbide drill. The spindle is driven by the spindle frequency conversion motor, which has a wide range of applications. The speed can be continuously variable in a large range to meet a variety of speed requirements. The thickness of cemented carbide drilling plate should not be about twice the diameter of drill bit.
4. The machine tool has three CNC axes: gantry positioning axis (x-axis); Horizontal positioning axis (Y-axis) of drilling power head; Drilling power head feed axis (Z axis). Each CNC axis is guided by precision linear rolling guide and driven by AC servo motor and ball screw.
5. The machine can automatically process the starting and ending points of the working process through the upper computer software. It can not only drill through holes, but also drill blind holes, step holes and hole end chamfering. It has the advantages of high processing efficiency, high working reliability, simple structure and low maintenance cost.
6. The machine adopts centralized lubrication system instead of manual operation, and regularly pumps lubricating oil into the linear guide pair slide block and ball screw pair screw nut of each part, so as to ensure good lubrication of functional parts, improve machine performance and prolong service life.
7. The machine tool is equipped with a flat chain chip conveyor in the middle of the bed. The iron chips are collected in the chip conveyor, and the iron chips are transported to the chip carrier, which is very convenient for chip removal; The coolant is recycled.
8. The cooling system has the function of internal cooling and external cooling. When the external cooling is conducted, the universal nozzle is installed on the drilling spindle box, and the coolant is always sprayed at the drilling place of the workpiece.
