PLD3016 Gantry Mobile CNC Plane Drilling Machine.
Applicable Industry:

This machine tool is mainly used for drilling plate workpieces in steel structures such as buildings, bridges, and iron towers. It can also be used for drilling tube plates, baffles and circular flanges in the boiler and petrochemical industries.
Product Feature:

This machine tool is mainly composed of bed, gantry, drilling power head, vertical sliding table, quick-change chuck, hydraulic system, control system, cooling system, chip removal system, etc.This machine adopts the form of fixed bed and moving gantry. The largest workpiece can reach 3000mm×1600mm. Workpiece positioning is in the form of hydraulic clamps.

 

This machine tool has 3 CNC axes: gantry positioning axis (X axis); horizontal positioning axis of drilling power head (Y axis); vertical sliding table (Z axis). Each CNC axis is guided by a precision linear rolling guide, driven by AC servo motor + ball screw.

 

The drill bit of this machine tool adopts circulating water cooling, the universal nozzle is installed on the drilling headstock, and the coolant is always sprayed on the hole of the workpiece. The machine tool is equipped with a coolant filter circulation device. A chip conveyor is installed under the bed, which can automatically remove chips.
