The ideal drilling machine is mainly composed of bed(worktable), gantry, drilling head, longitudian slide platform, quick-change chuck, hydraulic system, control system, cooling system and chip-conveyor etc.
    The cnc engraving machine can use internal cooling high speed steel drilling head with coating. Using the internal cooling high speed steel drilling head with coating can significantly improve the processing efficiency and quality.
    The machine including three CNC axes, each of all is guided by high precision linear rolling guide, driven by AC servo motor and ball-screw.
      It adopt precision spindle with high rotation accuracy and good rigidity. Equipped with BT50 taper hole, it is convenient to change the tool. It can be used for clamping twist drills and hard alloy drills, which has a wide range of applications. The main shaft is driven by a main shaft frequency conversion motor, which has a wide range of applications. The speed can be continuously variable in a wide range to meet the needs of multiple speeds.
      The machine has 3 CNC axes: gantry positioning axis (X axis); horizontal positioning axis of drilling power head (Y axis); feed axis of drilling power head (Z axis). Each CNC axis is guided by a precision linear rolling guide, driven by AC servo motor + ball screw.
