This production line is composed of a horizontal forehearth, an overturning rack, a trolley and a feeding channel, a typing unit, a drilling unit, a finished product channel, and electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and cooling systems.The feeding trolley is driven by a servo motor, pneumatic clamps clamp the angle steel to feed, and the rotary encoder feedbacks, and the positioning accuracy is high. The typing unit is equipped with a set of print heads, which can manually adjust the printing distance.
1.The drilling unit has a total of six drilling spindles, three on each side, and can drill holes with three diameters on each side of
the workpiece without changing the tool, which saves the time for tool change and improves work efficiency.
2.There is a servo motor on each side, which drives the three drilling spindles on each side to move laterally to locate the angle steel drilling distance. The main shaft of this machine is fed by hydraulic pressure for drilling.
3.When the drill bit advances quickly and touches the workpiece, it will automatically change to the preset working speed. After drilling through the workpiece, it will automatically exit backwards.
4,The speed of the drilling spindle is steplessly adjusted by the frequency converter, and the feed speed of the drill bit is adjusted by the hydraulic speed control valve. The front flange of the drill bit adopts two sealing rings, which greatly improves the waterproof performance and reduces the damage of the bearing in the spindle.
5.The position of the hole on the workpiece can be directly input to the computer or the workpiece processing program generated by the lofting software can be accepted. The programming operation is simple, and the electrical system is stable and reliable.;
