Product Description:

     HD1715D/3 machine is mainly use to drilling hole of tube or boiler drum 

Machine Purpose:

      This Machine is mainly used to drill tube holes on header tube which used for boiler industry. It also could use special tools to make welding groove, greatly increase the hole's precision and drilling efficiency.

Machine Features:
 

No.1 bed of this machine tool is mainly used to carry workpieces. One end of the bed is equipped with a fixed bed head, and two rectangular guide rails are laid on the plane of the bed. The bed tail can slide on it. Both the bed head and the bed tail are equipped with hydraulic three jaw chuck, which can realize the automatic centering and clamping of the drum. The clamping diameter range is Φ 780 - Φ 1700mm. The bed tail can move longitudinally to adapt to the 2-15m long drum.

 

1. Automatic forward and backward power conversion can be realized by hydraulic sliding head. By adjusting the position of the non-contact switch block, the drill bit can stop automatically when it exits a certain distance after the end of drilling, and it does not need to completely retreat to the limit position, which saves working hours and improves efficiency.

 

The head of the bed is fixed at one end of the bed I. The NC indexing is realized by AC servo motor through reducer and gear deceleration. After graduation, the locking mechanism automatically locks the brake disc installed on the main shaft by hydraulic pressure, ensuring the stability and reliability of the main shaft.
