Angle steel bending machine is mainly used for angle steel bending and sheet bending.
Angle steel bending machine processing angle steel is less than L100×L100×10, when the bending degree is less than 5°, cold pressing can be adopted.
Processing speed: cold pressing processing 10s/time, heating processing 120s/time.
When the workpiece is heated for processing, design the parameters, press the cycle start or step on the foot switch to automatically complete the heating advance, heating, heating exit, pressing the workpiece, the pressure head rising, and taking out the workpiece.
When heating and cold pressing, the parameters are designed and the cold pressing is performed directly. The pressure head does not need to return to the original point. The lower pressing mold raises the gap by 100mm, and the workpiece is taken out, which has high work efficiency.
