This production line is mainly composed of the main machine, the horizontal material channel, the rotary feeder, and the feeding trolley.And it is composed of material channel, finished material channel, pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic system.
1. The host part is composed of a typing unit, two punching units, and a shearing unit.The typing unit adopts a closed body, which is very strong. With four interchangeable header boxes, each the prefix box can hold 10 characters; the typing force is 540KN.
