Product Description

1. The use and characteristics of the machine

This machine is mainly used for three-sided drilling of large-size H-beam or box beam, the positioning and feed of the three drilling headstock are all driven by servo motors, controlled by Kane Di CNC system, and the gantry movement mode is adopted, which has the characteristics of high efficiency and high precision, and can be widely used in construction, bridges and other industries.
II. The structure and configuration of the machine
1. The machine is mainly composed of a bed, a longitudinal slide plate, a column, a vertical slide plate, a drilling power head, a numerical control system, a hydraulic system, a pneumatic system, an automatic lubrication system, a spray cooling system and other parts. Among them, the bed and column are welded parts, and the slide plate and spindle box are made of high-quality iron castings, and all materials are completely eliminated by thermal aging treatment, which can ensure the overall rigidity and accuracy of the machine.
2. The machine bed is placed horizontally and is divided into two parts, left and right, each part is composed of four beds, each of which is welded by steel plates, and then processed by aging. The underside of the bed is distributed with several adjustable horns for easy horizontal adjustment.
3. The machine workbench is included in the foundation, which is self-made by the customer according to the foundation drawing; The workbench does not need to adopt a continuous mode, only some support strips need to be distributed at equal intervals on the foundation, and the support strips are processed with T-grooves and equipped with splint groups for workpiece clamping.
4. The mobile gantry is composed of two columns and a beam,  all of which are welded by steel plates, and are processed by artificial aging to eliminate internal stress. Each column and the beam are respectively installed with two linear rolling guide rails with high bearing capacity, a ball screw pair, driven by servo motor, so that three sets of numerical control slide plate and power head move up and down and in the vertical direction of the gantry respectively. The gravity of the two horizontal headstocks is balanced by hydraulic balancing cylinders. All slides are equipped with protective covers on both sides.
