    TD0308 CNC Power Station Boiler Drum High-speed Vertical Drilling Machine
     Machine is mainly use to drilling hole of Tube Sheet . Boiler Drum or Heat exchanger ;

Machine Purpose:

      This Machine is mainly used to drill tube holes on header tube which used for boiler industry. It also could use special tools to make welding groove, greatly increase the hole's precision and drilling efficiency.





Machine Features:

1. The base bed adopts stainless steel guide rail protective cover to protect the guide rail, gear rack, etc., so as to prevent iron filings, cutting fluid, etc. from entering the bed. At the same time, the sinking foundation is adopted, so that the coolant will not splash on the ground, which is convenient for the recovery of the coolant.
2. X axis: the gantry moves longitudinally along the linear guide rail on the fixed bed.

Transmission mode: the servo motor drives the gearbox, the output gear is meshed with the rack, and the sliding seat and the column are driven to move longitudinally along the linear guide rail on the fixed bed through the diagonal rack clearance elimination transmission mode. The x-axis is equipped with a hydraulic locking mechanism of the machine bed. During the drilling process of the machine tool, the gantry and other parts can be stably fixed on the machine bed through the hydraulic locking mechanism to enhance the stability of the machine tool.
Guide rail form: linear guide rail model is 55 specification.

1. Z-axis: drilling head and its vertical ram reciprocate up and down.

Transmission mode: z-axis adopts high torque belt brake servo motor to drive ball screw nut pair to realize the vertical movement of power head. The ball screw is pre tightened with double nuts to eliminate screw clearance.
