Product Feature:
The host part is composed of a typing unit, two punching units, and a shearing unit. The typing unit adopts a closed body, which is very strong. With four interchangeable header boxes, each box can hold 10 characters; typing force is 540KN.
1. The punching unit adopts a closed body, which is very strong, and because the closed bed body can be equipped with a full-length supporting and pressing device, it can ensure accurate distance. Each punching unit is equipped with two mold bases, which can punch two different diameter holes on each side of the angle steel. Servo motor drive changes the quasi-distance, and the quasi-distance is steplessly adjusted.
2.The shear unit adopts a closed body, which is very strong. The single-blade shearing mechanism ensures the cutting surface is neat, the shearing gap adjustment is convenient, and the shearing waste is effectively reduced. The nominal cutting force is 1800kN.
3.The angle steel is clamped by pneumatic clamps and moves quickly to locate. The X-axis feed is driven by a servo motor with high precision.
4.The horizontal material channel is composed of four chains with shift blocks and a frame body, and the chain is driven by a motor through a speed reducer.
